M&M Villa is situated on the hill side of Marathokefala thus allowing great views and has easy access to the nearby and bigger center of Kolymbari with a great variety of services and to the National Road while being very quiet and private.

M&M Villa is unique! Its architecture, pool and surroundings are in perfect harmony with its environment. The villa is spacious and is surrounded by verandas and balconies permitting great sea and mountains views and lots of inside and outside living space. It offers tranquility while being accessible to all modern facilities. It is ideal for those who wish to visit north and south west Crete or simply want to lounge and enjoy all the amenities that the villa has to offer.

M&M Villa is built on 2 levels. It has a beautiful and large interior iron work marble staircase allowing access to the different levels.

The second level has a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining and living room, 2 bedrooms (1 with a queen size bed and 1 with 2 oversized single beds) and a washroom.
Each bedroom has its own balcony with a garden view. The dining room and living room lead to a large veranda ideal for outside dining and allowing panoramic views of the sea as far as Chania and the White Mountains.

On the first level one will find the master accommodation comprising of a large bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom, sitting room and small kitchenette with bedroom and sitting room leading to a large private veranda with garden views.

The villa has also an interior garage which is situated on the first level and is used as a utility room. It is used as a storage place for the guests’ bags and suitcases. It has a washing-drying machine and ironing facilities. It also has a small library corner with table and sofa for the guests’ enjoyment.

Finally, on the roof terrace, there is a room use to store linen and other service material for the villa.

The villa is well equipped. The kitchen on the 2nd level is spacious and has all that is needed to cook elaborate meals and even allows a sea coast view while cooking. All rooms are well decorated and furnished. Flat screen TVs, Satellite TV, CD player and CDs, DVD player and DVDs, radio and Wireless Internet WIFI are all available.

All windows and doors leading to the verandas and balconies surrounding the villa are protected by sliding screens and shutters.

The villa is self-catering. Fresh linen including pool towels are supplied upon arrival and each week of stay thereafter.
