M&M VILLA ( Emmanouil Deiktakis), Postal Box 03, Marathokefala, Kolymbari, Chania, Crete, 73006, Greece

The following is to confirm the understanding between the tenant and I, the owner, Emmanouil(Manolis) Deiktakis regarding the rental of M&M Villa (2 storey house with pool), self-catering, maximum 6 people ( number of adults and number of children and their age to be specified at time of booking).

Date of arrival to be confirmed and hour of arrival to the villa to be confirmed. Date of departure to be confirmed and hour of departure from the villa to be confirmed.

All rental rates are inclusive of all taxes as well as a VAT tax of 13%. All rental rates are also inclusive of charges for cleaning and preparing the villa for the tenant’s arrival and at the tenant’s departure. All rental rates are also inclusive of a full set of linen and pool towels and charges for a change of linen and pool towels after one week of stay and each week of stay thereafter.

Detail instructions will be provided to the tenant regarding the directions from the airport to the villa. The tenant will be welcomed at the villa by the owner or his representative.

Upon the tenant’s arrival there is a guest book which will be handed to the tenant giving the tenant information about the villa, pool, surroundings, some shopping tips, restaurants, beaches and places of interest to visit.

Expected time of arrival at the villa is 4:00 pm or later and departure time from the villa is 11:00 am no later. Early check-in or late check-out upon request should be discussed with the owner at the time of booking and is subject to availability.

The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by his negligence during his stay and will compensate the owner accordingly.

A 25% deposit (in euro) is required to secure your booking. The balance of payment (in euro) is due 30 days prior to arrival. Holidaymakers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they have paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%.
If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
