BOOKING NOTES:
The rates are weekly, all in euro and include a Vat Tax of 13% and all other taxes.

A 25% booking deposit (in euro) is to be paid upon booking confirmation.
The balance of payment (in euro) is due 60 days prior to arrival.

The traveler should communicate with the owner as to the means of payment.
